I was thinking about having a Celebrity Golf Tourney, but I don?t know any famous people. I considered a Bake Sale or even a Lemonade Stand, but I?m too old for that. I considered holding a Bachelor Auction but none of my buddies were quite up for pimping themselves. How exactly does one ask, nay beg, for funds? This task is tough, even when you?re asking for a genuine, worthy cause, let alone for pure entertainment value. I must admit, this was not originally my idea. That credit goes to The Farm Boy and The Brain. That?s right, I?m asking you for some of your hard earned shiny red pennies. If I were sending out emails you should rightfully delete upon receipt, they would state the following:

Over the last few weeks, many, including several of you dear readers, have insisted a PSP is essential to not only my personal happiness, but to the fate of the Heavens and our humble Earth. The ads on the sides of buses scream out to me, commercials beckon me and even my TiVo insist I own a PSP and that my life will be better for it. Wanna call me shameless and immature?go right ahead, but save your comments for after you donate to The Cause.

I would feel more comfortable just giving you my checking account number so you could transfer a large amount until the political situation in your native Nigeria is resolved.
