Mmmmm Meat
Last night, Sarah & Len treated us to an unbelievable meal at Fogo De Chao. It?s a Brazilian steakhouse with a heavy emphasis on yes, you guessed it, meat. I?m sure I?m fairly late on the bandwagon for this joint, but that?s nothing new. All the same, I couldn?t have been more impressed. The meal consists of two main staples; the salad bar and the many skewers of meat whisked by your table on a regular basis. Ten different kinds of meat are available for your unlimited taking and I didn?t find one I wasn?t happy to consume. The salad bar was packed with fresh, rather large and tasty veggies, cheeses and salads. Fogo De Chao is a national chain with a not so surprising headquarters in Texas, so if you run across it, go ahead and get your meat on.
